How do I update my personal information?

After logging in, click Update My Profile to change your personal information. 

How do I access the online giving pages?

The new online giving pages can be accessed the same way the previous ones were – from the Global Partners website. After clicking “Give” for a missionary, project, or fund from gponline.org, you’ll automatically be redirected to the online giving form.

How do I create an online giving profile?

A login is created by going to donate.wesleyan.org/login. On the login page, click “Sign Up” to create a new profile.

Will my information from the previous online giving site be automatically transferred to the new online giving site?

Biographical information stored in our previous system will be automatically transferred to the new system if a donor profile is created. Once the donor profile is created, please allow 2 business days for previously entered information to populate.

If I gave a recurring gift through the old online giving site, do I need to re-enter it here?

No, all recurring gifts that were given through the previous system will automatically be transferred to the new system. Recurring gifts will continue automatically drafting throughout the transition.

Do I have to create an online giving profile?

No, creating an online giving profile is not mandatory. However, without creating a profile, you will not be able to view your online giving history, update your contact information, or save shopping cart items. With an online giving profile, your donor information will automatically populate, allowing for a more efficient check-out process. Click here to create an account. 

Can I give to multiple funds with a single transaction?

Yes! Once a gift is added to the online shopping cart, click "Add a Gift" to give to an additional fund. Once all desired gifts are in the shopping cart, click "Check Out" to process a single transaction.

How do I update my recurring gift?

To update a recurring gift, after logging in, click Update My Recurring Gift. Changes to recurring gifts (including cancellations, updates, and payment information updates) submitted online will be processed within 2 business days. 

What happens to my recurring gift when my missionary leaves the field?

In the event that a missionary's service ends with Global Partners, you will receive notification from both the missionary and Global Partners. In that communication, the date the missionary's support fund is set to close will be listed. On that date, if you have not opted to transfer your support to another fund, your automatic gift will be stopped. No action is required to terminate your automated recurring gift after the missionary you support leaves the field.

Why is my missionary's support fund open after they've arrived back in North America?

At Global Partners, it's our priority to provide our missionaries with the best physical, emotional, and spiritual support available. When a missionary returns to North America after ending their service with Global Partners, they remain employed by Global Partners for around two months in order for us to ensure a successful transition back into North American culture. During that time, donations in support of the missionary are still accepted and encouraged.
